The VATT is under control of the Jesuits and the Vatican.
Originally when it was constructed, they were also looking for alien life. They have some of the best optics and it's also in INFRA RED which sees the same spectrum that ufos fly around in that can't be seen by the naked eye.
Of course they had to get a handle on it.
And I believe they do, and a very big handle at that.

Persoanlly I think they're ready to start slowly releasing more information.
They may even ratchet up the release by allowing certain photos and predictions from the Holy See to be pubished.
