When capitalism fails, and the State has to bail it out, socialism reigns.
Extreme capitalism has failed, utterly. The warnings were WorldCom and Enron, situations which telegraphed the collapse of unregulated capitalism.
The State has had to bail them out, a situation which has led to acknowledged socialism. The inability of capitalists to restrain greed has proven to be the flaw.
Anyone who can't see that is, again, blinded by ideology and unable to integrate new information into the models learned in grade school.
