Why do you need a model that predicts every deviation in Climate in what everyone knows is a very complex system when the basics of CO2 induced warming are easily verifiable and testable? I'm very satisfied that we have models that predict reasonable well past data and are reasonably close in future predictions. I see no reason to expect better with current data and computing limitations. A scientific rebuttal is an explanation backed by data why adding CO2 will not warm our planet as it has Mars and Venus not asking the impossible and saying gotcha because it can't be done.
Models are testible in pieces and reviewable. A scientific challenge to a model is finding fault with the methodology or model parameters, not it's inability to account for something that no model could or even something it's not designed to. If it doesn't account for a variable someone thinks is important build a new model with it not abandon the only predictive tool we have.
