Yep. Those deficits are part of the Bush legacy.
PREDICTION: I'm afraid that on January 21, 2009, the Conservatives on these boards will blame every problem the country has on Obama.
And I believe every problem the country has will continue to be touted as having had it's origin in the Clinton era and with have bloomed under Obama.
