It can't be that hard.

Foreigners hate not only Bush and Cheney, but America. The rationalization for that is the US having allowed those guys to be installed in office.

So they take out their hatreds on representatives of the US, which, by the way, includes Obama. Innocent Americans are not safe from foreign resentments because they are Americans, as were Bush and Cheney.

And your glorying in the desicration of Obama posters is very revealing. Sort of what you accuse everyone else of, isn't it?

I think there must be some 2nd and 3rd graders around here you're trying to bamboozle.
