Bush and Cheney have raised America's prestige, increased America's influence, and made the world a safer place for all Americans.
Obviously, from your post, Obama is despised and reviled. And that's even after he has appeased, mollified and bribed everyone he can see.
It just goes to show you - all the rest of the world respects is force. Nothing else. Guns, rockets, bombs, strafing, those are the things which bring love, respect and trust.
