The first rule of Conservative is that Bush and Company cannot break the law. They make laws. It is not illegal to illegally wiretap, for instance. They are never wrong.
The second is that Bush, Cheney, et al always tell the truth. That means some words have meanings not known to others, meanings which are unique to Conservatives. If that means disagreeing with every other English-speaking group, then those groups need to get on board. They are never wrong.
One expects a certain agreement as to the meanings of words, as to what is legal or illegal. However, under "Conservative" those are irrelevant. The way to define words or legality is to see what Bush & Co. say or do. They are never wrong.
After that the legislature comes into play. And the dictionary. For the poor, tortured masses paying for them.
You cannot play Scrabble with these folks. A seven-letter word is defined by whatever letters they have. You'll get blind-sided every time. Sort of like a discussion on these Boards.
By the way, it's called "intellectual honesty". An intellectually honest person who relies upon, say, dictionaries cannot resolve issues with those for whom words meanings are a moving target based upon the whim of their leader.

You have to understand "Conservative", the failure of which cause many of our problems here.
