Obama will move from promises to promise-laden excuses to just plain excuses.

Bush, having moved from promises, to lies and more lies, will move tomorrow afternoon more strongly to blame. He has not utilized, doesn't need excuses because he believes he was great.

Cheney has moved from grunts, to louder grunts, and tomorrow will move to groans.

Biden will move to the Naval Observatory. What he says will remain a mystery, no one pays any attention.

Rice, without her handlers, will sit on a lower perch and keep repeating what she's been told to say in the past. It will get old. "Hello", "Who would have thought", and "musroom cloud" will be biggies for her. As will "I think George Bush was the best-dressed emperor of all time." Privately she will comment to one and all about his small part. In world affairs.
