XP-64 bit is problematic.
Don't use it unless you REALLY need it. I is really a very different operating system than XP-32, but looks the same as far as the user interface, but the guts are different. There is a 32 bit submode that ALMOST works like 32 bit XP, but not quite. Most XP-32 software will not run properly on XP-64.
