I avoid "anti-perspirants" and always have because of the aluminum chloride.
They stop you from perspiring, which is what your armpits are for.
When it's blocked, and you start sweating, you start absorbing the heavy metals.
Deodorants are much safer, and then I moved to the natural ones.

And those strangling push up bras! I beleive they too are to blame for stopping the free flow of lymph through the body. And try shopping for them that don't have the wires!
As the years go by though, some manufacturers are now making wireless bras.
