We only have O'Neill's word that Cheney ever said anything like that, but now you see it on the internet as though Cheney said it on "60 Minutes" himself.

I only wish we had deficits as small as Reagan's right now. The "stimulus" bill alone was twice the amount of Reagan's largest annual deficit, correcting for inflation.
