You can initiate a class action suit against every psychiatrist, psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, hospital, and treatment center who has diagnosed anyone with marijuana addiction and treated them. You will get actual damages, punitive damages and attorneys fees.
If you are correct there is a very large group of people out there who have been horribly abused by the system, labelled, exposed to scorn and derision who need and deserve to have their persecutors pay for the damage they've caused.
And you'll be in demand everywhere marijuana addicts gather to explain that they are not addicts, marijuana is not addictive, and they are free to return to doing whatever they'd like. I want to be there for that one.
I'm backing out of this argument now. It's gotten silly.
