Seems like the second week of September was real popular in the financial world, bank bail outs, the home mortgauge crisis and the automakers starting to cry poverty, what ever happened to the stimulus checks that W had mailed out in the spring of '08? Or was that just a smokescreen...Hmmmmmmmm.....
