Everybody want's a piece of the tax pie but nobody wants to play the rules, so hire the illegals, give kickbacks for contracts, bid rigging, I could go on with the SOP in some states. The little guy has to doit in order to survive but now the housing boom collapsed everybody is under water and drowning
