All of the latest autoCAD products automatically export to 3d printing files.

3d printers take a while to print, so it may take a few days of printing for anything large. While I was at Autodesk University last December I saw an entire motorcycle created from a 3d printer. Granted the thing was plastic, but its a pretty cheap prototype in comparison.
