Automatic Machine Tools Can Cut Any Structural Metal to Almost Any Shape.
Alternatively, use an automated machine tool to make the part out of wax. Put a sturdy soft ceramic around the wax and bake, vaporizing the wax. Then you have a (potentially re-usable) mold for metal.
Another alternative, have the tool cut the mold from a couple of blocks of a material suitable for casting the metal in question, then make all the precision cast replicas you want.
