Suppose you had 10 dollars that you are required to pay to mankind.
How would you actually do this?

Suppose people were crazy enough to appoint you as the judge charged with this task.

Would you think it is wise to judge this on a case by case basis, or would you prefer to make some broad judgment in this regard?
