That is NOT the same as producing electric power from fusion.
This gadget, like those before it, will consume far more electricity than it could generate IF the fusion were used to produce electric power, which it won't be.
In other words, another electric power sink (not a source), like ALL fusion power machines. Remember, not a single watt-second of electricity has EVER been produced by nuclear fusion.
