One needs to look at who would gain from something like that.
Who would gain from demonizing Islam in the West? What agenda would be furthered.
Israel and fundamental Christians come to mind. Certainly western oil companies have an interest in manipulating attitudes toward Middle Eastern countries.
The next round from whoever produced that would be how badly women and children are treated in Muslim communities.
