I'm certain every single CIA agent has now become a double agent for Bin Laden and the entire agency has imploded. Yes, by stopping the policy of torture we have so demoralized our spies that we cannot ever again hope to have loyal competent agents. Further, now we have invited a nuclear attack on the USA! Just ask SDAI Tech! This thought would never have crossed a jihadist's mind had we continued to torture them!

What's so demoralizing to the agency is the effectiveness of the torture they can no longer use! It only took 183 waterboardings in 30 days to get information from Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. What and how reliable that information was is not as important as the high morale these tactics created in the spy agency.
