The only issue here is the morality. Were it a morally acceptable matter there would be no issue.

If one, two or three times extracted information about a nuclear weapon in New York (and we have no credible information it did), what about the 100th time, or 182nd time?

You'll have to help me understand how the morality isn't backbone of this matter. Unless one is amoral, and unable to see morality in much of anything. There are those people.
