I was 19 and she was 24. We had just started dating and one day after a walk on the beach, I took her for an ice cream cone. With nothing but good intentions I said, "How do you keep such a great figure and still eat ice cream?" She gave me a look that I won't forget and tossed her cone in the trash as we went out the door.

Forgive us, for we know not what we do.
