The lowest I've seen.
I've been following this closely, as we're getting close to acquiring around 7,000 watts of panels.
The lowest price I've seen for panels which were available from a reliable manufacturer and distributor is $2.60 a watt.
That's down from about $3.40 a year ago.
We aren't quite ready for them at the moment, but almost bought them simply to store. That price seems to be holding, though, so we'll wait until we are close to ready.
I believe I read where for some applications California grants a $2.60/watt tax credit. That may be wrong, however.
