I've often thought I'd rather pay to see my Vet than my M.D. And they love their little patients. Cost of treating my cat for a tummy problem: $35 (including meds). Cost for treating me for the same thing at the M.D.'s office: $145 plus meds. Difference in quality of care: priceless.
