His case relies on almost a single point, which makes it weak in my opinion. I mean, look at the linked articles on that site, which show many studies dealing with biological, behavior, and other linkages between birds and dinosaurs.

I'm no expert in this field, but it's pretty hard to watch an ostrich walk around without thinking "dinosaur."
