Roman law and presumption of innocence.

Common law grow and learns and not codex law ? Sorry, but codex law ALSO evolves !!

No more death penalty, women and men equal, children equal no matter who their parents are (adopting, two of the same sex, out of wedlock, etc...), euthanasia legalized (to protect doctors), etc...codex law (roman law) changes too!
