That a group of ex-Army pilots and engineers with basic taining in night time operations, claim to be making these circles, so they can fleece the international community of their money by offering them over-flights of the crop circle formations. This mysterious group call themselves the Amesbury Team.
It is spreading like wildfire among the research community to track this group down.
They're certainly a lot more organized than old Doug and Dave. And well,........seeing as they have tempted the well organized research community, they'd better have all their ducks in a row; because they have quite a bit of face to lose, along with criminal charges should they be caught. Some researchers think this is counter-intelligence at work, seeing as we've already had an explosive crop circle season this year that has garnered a lot of press.
>"We were able to keep the operations secret for so long, since all 8 of us are semi-retired ex-army and now private pilots / technicians, accustomed to not talking to anyone outside our group, and additionally motivated by the money being made. "
