Hypocrisy aside, Clinton never disappeared for a week without any explanation
what if there had been some kind of crisis in South Carolina during the past week? Sanford skipped out of town and out of the country without telling anyone. That was highly irresponsible. Apparently the only people who knew were the airlines and US/Argentina customs and they weren't in communicaton with the SC state gov't, and besides they probably weren't even aware that the Mark Sanford who flew and crossed the border was actually the governor of SC.
