Dione power source

Just reading the latest issue of print media Sky & Telescope. Suposedly it's resonance with Dione that powers Enceladus. The story gets wierd since they compute 100 Megawatts delivered to Enceladus, a tiny fraction of the output of one nuclear power plant. Not a misprint since they cited the analogy. Supposedly this is enough to keep the tiny moon stirred up. Hard to believe.
