Thought Ganymeded and Callisto's oceans were due to geothermal sources. Their oceans are smaller and they have more geothermal energy available. Callisto models show little diffentiation except for a thin band of water. Ganymede is like Europa with a much thicker wate rmantle. IO is the Venus of the Jupiter system having long ago cooked off it's water. Europa and Ganymede are more like Earth analogues possibly just right for life, and Callisto is more like Mars on the thin edge of habitability.
