It starts out with an old man yelling for help from down in a well and a collie (think Lassie) running to a house for help. He puts a rope in front of hick sitting in front of a computer screen where he's trying to pick out his Capitol One card picture. He something dismissing the rope so the dog brings him a picture of a man yelling for help. Again, the dunce dismisses it. Finally, the dog dials 9-1-1 and the police ask, "What is your emergency?" While the dunce finally decides on his picture.

The commercial basically says that Capitol One holders are idiots. I would not disagree. (Apologies to anyone here with a Capitol One card but the company offends me.) I had to go to opt out to finally get the jerks out of my mailbox. Some days I'd get two offers from Capitol One. Jeez, I hate that company and I hate their commercials.
