In the piece he made no distinction between classes of people. Neither did he make a distinction between classes of dwellings. Clearly, large residences would benefit from the legislation as small residences would.
Lie #2: "...telling me I shouldn't have one because it uses too many resources."
In that piece, he did not tell anyone what kind of house they should live in. He did say that the legislation would encourage new ways to build greener housing.
