Sorry guys, I don't see it.
In my universe, we figure out how to live on the planet without destroying and without destroying our standard of living. If you think I have to live like a monk to have an opinion on the subject then I think you are nuts. I do little things better than my parents did at the same time even while my America is more wasteful of energy and materials than my parents' was. I'd live in a house instead of a small apartment if I could. I don't feel guilty for it and I don't think I'm a hypocrite. It is ok to be wealthy. It is ok to be wealthy and have strong opinions about conservation (either way).
You just want to shut up the people who speak out.
