TOOK 38 yrs for LOCAL MALL

Opened in 1971 to major hoopla, went gangbusters for another 8 yrs and a major remodel happened, another 20 yrs or so of good biz but in last 10 yrs or so it became a ghost town with swetaer shoppes and cell phone stores, nothing major there except SEARS and that is supposed to close soon, has the MALLING of AMERICA ended and the trends back to MAIN Street?
