I marvel at teh speed at which we did projects pre EPA, DEP, NRA and other alphabet agencies thaty always stuck their noses inot post 1970, BTW add another projects like SHEA and Yankee Stadiums in NYC, they were built in less than 2 yrs going from bare parking lots to full on stadiums ..guess money greases the skids.
