Kennedy said to get a man on the Moon and return him safely to Earth
by the end of the 1960s and we did it, just 12 years after Sputnik 1.
Forty years later and only now are we getting serious about sending
humans back there, maybe in 20 years and if Constellation survives this
economy and administration.
