I'm hooked. First look, it didn't click. Second look, I made myself [SPOILERS, lots of spoilers] scroll the calendars and picked up the rhythm of the conversation [SPOILER]. Then my mind was blown shortly after they established the [SPOILER] quantum link and Ten's identity was revealed.
And that, it turns out, was only the first chapter. I've bookmarked the next, and I know I'll be compelled to finish it. If nothing else, to figure out who "Juice" is.
Damn you, Steve, another obsession. Here's my revenge: Ever heard of the "Bastard Operator From Hell"? BOFH, if you're not, started as stories posted to usenet by a system administrator I'd describe as the bastard offspring of Marquis de Sade and McGyver. I found the archive again just recently, and I'm stuck to it like flypaper:
The Bastard Operator From Hell (http://bofh.bjash.com/).
Let's see if you get stuck like I did!
