The best answer would be?

Have the rich man, Elon Musk [is he a billionaire?],
set aside a SPACEX Falcon 9 Heavy booster;
design fund & construct a two-seater
lunar orbiter and an open cockpit one-seat
lunar lander that will take an aging but experienced
astronaut like Jim Lowell (Apollo 13 fame)
down into Cone Crater itself.

He was supposed to land nearby anyways in Aquarius
in April 1970, and of course he didn't make it; Apollo 14
made it.
Jim could return to the moon at the age of maybe 88 (2016)
and finally land.

Many elderly Chinese think that 88 is a lucky number.
And SPACEX could actually generate over 100 million dollars
in revenue by documentary movie/tv rights, internet e-bay
sales, etc to such an event.

Sounds like fantasy, huh?
