Charged with atttempted murder

RobVG — 2/19/2018 3:30:11 PM (archived)

Last week an 18 year old was arrested for attempted murder for planing a school shooting. His grandmother called police after finding detailed plans in his jornal.

This is the first time I can remember that someone's been arrested and charged with attempted murder before the the act. It'll be interesting to see how it plays out.
