...are dismantling NATO, throwing Europe into a post-Brexit economic chaos, and exploiting social division and sowing political discord in the West.

Maybe "collusion" is starting to make more and more sense after all. Its hard to believe Trump's latest positions on trade, Russia and European security have somehow evolved from traditional Republican principles.
