But now, both the Russians and Chinese are vital, aggressive, Capitalist states, pirate states; what used to be called Mercantilistic systems. America is a lazy, corrupt, decadent Capitalist state--a gangster economy.
In Mercantilism, the economic system is used by the state to further national goals. In America, the economic leadership uses the state to further its own goals, the rest of the nation be damned.
