AFTER saying for a week that the FBI doesn't do that sort of thing... after declaring the FBI was a cancer with a stench, and only when it was made clear the nomination of the man that will get him off would not go forward without one...
And only after Flake came down with a conscience due to the confrontation with assault survivors that cornered him in an elevator...
