that there have been some disturbing "quality control" issues arising lately with the Russian spacecraft. There was a mention of a "hole" being discovered in one of the ships docked at the ISS, but not much more in the way of details.
By itself, this incident means nothing, but if it is part of a trend, then there is plenty to worry about. The new US supply ships are coming on line, but even if they are completely successful, it will be several years before all the bugs are sorted out.
