I suppose I could step in here:
"Wormholes" are supposed tunnels through the substance of "spacetime". which theoretically exist through the physics of general relativity. I follow the theory of MOG (MOdified Gravity), which succesfully explains many things that general relativity does not without the need for dark matter, dark energy, or the notion of "spacetime".
As far as I can see proof of, black holes are just very densely compacted objects, and that is something we can prove from our observations of them. In this case, wormholes do not exist.
I do, however, believe that there is no "universal speed limit" or that c is constant. Granted, the faster you go, the more strange things appear (slowed sense of time to an observer, perception of increased mass, etc.). I suppose ccollege will teach me more about this stuff, but if what I say proves to be true, then it could explain how people could travel at superrelativistic speeds.
As for the transmission of thoughts: People tend to have their thoughts and mind strongly influenced by magnetic fields, sensory input, etc. In fact, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_MKULTRA"the US did carry out experiments to see if they could control people through this manner. So, while we can give others an idea of what we're thinking through social cues and other sensory data, (maybe even through oscillations of magnetic fields), any other kind of telepathic communications seems highly unlikely for humans.
Oh, and we can move things with our minds already. Just use your brain to command your arm to pick up the apple that just fell on your head. :P
What? not what you meant? Ohhh, THIS is what you meant.
