I recommend Jody do her own reading from the Congressional Budget Office and other sources that carry hard information, not NYT opinions from people who, to put it mildly, have lost it.
Again, you do not create economic prosperity by stripping wealth out of the private sector and distributing it to political allies and cronies. You especially do not create economic prosperity by borrowing that wealth or printing it out of nothing.
Government spending and skyrocketing debt are the problem, not the solution. That's what 2010 was about, and that's what 2012 will be about.
