State indictments and convictions of Republicans will be overturned by executive order from Washington, with SCOTUS to back him up. This is where we're heading. I can see it clearly.
Once he's got 4 more years, there will be no more need to pull his punches, and no one will be able to contradict him if he doesn't. The next step will be civil action against anyone he doesn't like, and failing that, criminal prosecution.
No, I'm not being paranoid, I'm not saying this will necessarily happen, I'm saying that he will be able to make it happen if he wants to (which amounts to the same thing, people will self-intimidate), and he will want to more and more every day. Remember, he's got the USAG in his pocket now, and if he wins, the Senate too, and the AG in every Red State. Eventually, the House will simply become irrelevant, or will be purged at the next election.
