Grusch presented NOTHING of substance
No evidence, just 'I heard from someone that violated classification rules...', nothing verifiable....
Countless 'insiders' have made wild claims like this to get 15 minutes of fame only to found to be complete nutjobs (Bob Lazar for instance)...
Grusch's testimony is NOT a data point.
IF (big if) the objects that appear to be demonstrating immense accelerations, high velocities, with no visible propulsion mechanism are really physical objects, then they are not the product of any human technology today. It is worthy of study. It is NOT worthy of drawing any conclusions yet.
