First, I'd like to commend you on your "My Country Right or Wrong" belief. It is one which will stand you in good stead in this life and country if not the next.
There is no worry I will become a regular contributor to these boards again for two reasons. One, your ability to edit, modify, censor and delete my posts purely on your subjective whim. You are Da Man, and I will grant you that. Jingoism wins popularity contests, is much more attractive to a certain kind of person than reality.
Second is more personal and more relevant. I just don't trust myself to not get too angry. At those times I do more damage to myself and my beliefs than is worth doing. If my martyrdom would mean anything I would do it instantly. As it is, my martyrdom would be counterproductive. A selfish reason.
I do intend to comment from time to time, always aware you can censor anything I say at your whim. I hope this helps you feel more comfortable and secure. All hard feelings aside, if there is anything I can do for you let me know. If there isn't I don't see any reason to respond to this post.
