El Sayed has serious baggage, and I'm sure I don't need to go into all of it. But first and foremost his steadfast refusal to condemn Piker's comments on 911 is what has really given Mike Rogers a lot of help.
He makes me uncomfortable, but I believe that for democrats to win we need a big enough tent that it makes most of us a little uncomfortable. Hopefully we win the Senate with or without him, and with a vote or two to spare given Fetterman's fence straddling.
