plan 10 from outer space
speaking of the scifi channel, did anyone catch the sequel to scifi's wotw? the original wasn't too good, either, but this one was just dreadful. except for the martian tripods (not bad for budget computer animation), the special effects were awful, and the acting was definitely third rate. of special interest was the scientific doubletalk and military jargon ("i repeat, jargon")the characters were exchanging, it made scotty on star trek sound like albert einstein. worth seeing just for the grins.
